Payment is by Paypal.
Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The charge is £7.00 for second class, signed for delivery (between 8.00am and 6.00pm) Monday to Friday (not including Bank holidays), for most of mainland Britain. However, we will endeavour to deliver next day for the same charge.
We only deliver outside of Britain once funds are cleared.
Orders received by 1.00pm are normally despatched the same working day, Monday to Friday, not including Bank holidays).
If an incorrect delivery option is selected, we reserve the right to apply the correct charge without notice.

Return Postage Charges
If you receive the wrong item and the error is ours postage costs will be refunded. Please contact us on info@imagestoreonline.co.uk for details on how to return incorrectly delivered products to us.
Terms and Conditions
When you buy goods in the UK a contract is formed between the buyer and seller as follows:
- The seller makes an offer for example on our web site, a verbal price quote and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions of sale. Nothing is binding at this stage.
- The buyer makes an offer to buy. By doing this you are accepting our terms and conditions of sale and the selling price, etc. You may get a confirmation that you order has been received, however this is not an acceptance of your offer.
- The seller accepts the offer to buy or reject the offer. We may reject the offer, for example, if the price was wrong, the goods are no longer made or if we think the buyer is trying to commit a fraud, etc. Your offer is accepted only at the stage when we produce an invoice and take payment.
- All court actions will be dealt with under UK law and at a court of our choosing close to our locality.
- By purchasing from Image Store Online, in any manner, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions in this document.
Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason and without liability up until the point when we produce an invoice and take payment. However, cancellations MUST be done verbally by telephone and confirmed by e-mail. Failure to comply with this will ultimately mean the cost of postage will be charged to you, the customer. Delays in this procedure could also incur a re-stocking fee subject our discretion. Please also read about the further 7 day cooling off period in the returns section.
Image Store Online, reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason, without liability to you or any third party up to the point of producing an invoice and taking payment. Goods remain the property of Image Store Online until paid in full and we have the right to recover them if necessary.
Errors
All information provided by Image Store Online and its representatives in whatever form or medium is provided free of charge and to our best effort. We do not guarantee that information is 100% accurate and we do not accept liability should any information be detrimental to yourself or a third party. Occasionally an error may occur, but we will do everything in our power, and within reason, to resolve it.
Image Store Online reserves the right to change the price, specification and availability of any item as it wishes without liability should it cause you or a third party problems.
In the unlikely event of prices increasing, or having to substitute an item, we will contact you before proceeding, as your offer to buy is no longer valid.
Returns
By law, when buying at a distance, (e.g. the internet), you are allowed 7 days from the receipt of goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at our discretion for the loss of resalable value.
Postage costs are none refundable. In the case of items sent under the terms of "free postage" this will no longer be free and will cost £7.00, (which is our standard delivery charge). The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return goods. You should ensure that you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery of the goods.
If a product becomes faulty in the first month of ownership we will exchange it out for a new item on the shelf, subject to stock availability. Due to the complexity of some products we sell we may request you contact the manufacturers technical support line to confirm it is a fault.
If a product becomes faulty in the following 11 months of ownership it is repaired under the manufacturers 12 month warranty. This will involve returning the product back to it's manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Image Store Online is prepared to intervene on a customer’s behalf if they have difficulty in getting a manufacturer repair. You can send you product back to use within the first 12 months. However, it is usually quicker to send the product direct if possible.
The guarantee may become void if the equipment has had impact damage, (e.g. cracked screen on a camera), dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with or affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage. In some cases where the item is uneconomical to repair the manufacturer may replace the item or if discontinued replace with a similar specified model.
We recommend you keep the box and packaging and either send your warranty card in or keep it to hand as these are usually required. You will also need proof of purchase which is the invoice we provide with the product.
Extended Manufacturers Warranty (Beyond 12 Months)
Some manufacturers offer warranties beyond the legal required 12 month period. If you need to make a return under such a warranty you should contact the manufacturer direct.
